Welcome to the end of the week! I’m always surprised by how quickly the end of the week rolls around – even during the summer. I’ve been sewing a lot this week, but strangely don’t really have any finishes – or even flimsies – to show for all of the work! I am working on a simple chenille baby quilt for a neighbor, and that should go together fairly quickly and be done next week. I hope!
Today’s Free Pattern Friday is from Moda and is a sweet, easy pattern that you could add additional rows and columns to in order to get a twin or larger quilt (the pattern’s instructions give you 44×44). A sailboat quilt is somewhere on my to-do list, but it seems to have slipped down to the “Someday, if I Ever Have Time” portion of the list. The instructions are very straightforward and this should be easy to chain piece.
